Hi! Long time no see. So today, I remembered that I haven't done a June post, which I kind of should have. In Texas, businesses are reopened, and cases have spiked, which probably means quarantine part two. Something that made the first quarantine experience not fun was the fact that I had gone on a social media cleanse. Since then, I have learned how to control my time and how to be a more organized person in general. Here are the apps that take the most time from least to greatest. #3: SnapchatSurprisingly, I spend less time on Snapchat than I do on other apps. That may be because I don't have that many friends, or that may also be because it is more fun to use the talk/text/video apps that come built in on a phone. Since my cleanse, I have taken a liking to Facetime and Phone Calls because when I cannot see someone in real life, I can at least talk to them virtually. #2 InstagramHmmm, no big shock that Instagram is my second most time consuming app that I use. Instagram is fun to catch up with the news, but recently, a lot of things get butchered and watching the real news...like on TV makes more sense. I give Instagram a 6/10 because it isn't that interesting anymore. That is also due to the fact that posting in a face mask is less attractive and everyone has to social distance. #1 TIKTOKI did a good job at staying off of Tiktok for a while, but about last week, multiple trends went around that I DID NOT want to miss out on. This app is so entertaining, but it also sucks people's attention spans and free time like a gosh darn vacuum. After this week, I may go on another Social Media cleanse. Who knows. See y'all in July, and thanks for reading, MOM!!
