Today I learned that I am a master of the power nap (when I want to be). My day was very productive, for I went to my 9am, my 11am, ate lunch, worked out for 45 minutes, did some homework, and then became so tired that I just needed to nap. I set a 20 minute timer, prayed for about 5, and woke up feeling very well rested. I 10/10 recommend power naps.
Now, I am doing my Spanish homework before a recruitment workshop, and I just do not feel very motivated. I think I may do a time lapse or something to stay off of my phone but get work done. Until next time! Comments are closed.
